After the contract was placed with Varis you were very helpful in suggesting small alterations to our original ideas which has resulted in a much improved design. The work of realigning the guide piles on the pier was done to a very high standard before 20 metres of your 3 metre wide pontoon was joined to our existing 2.5 metre wide pontoon in such a way that it not only looks good, but will be easily added to in the future. We needed a substantial pontoon to withstand the weather experienced here and looking at the quality of your pontoons, we have certainly got this. In the addition the 18 metre access bridge has received many favourable comments, especially the non skid decking.

Varis Engineering has supplied a product of excellent quality which was delivered and installed on time as promised for the start of the sailing season, all at a very competitive price.

...However without the marina you supplied and installed the level of succes would not have been as good....it provided excellent facilities to our visiting crews and yachts who on numerous occasions commented how good the pontoons were and stating that they looked forward to coming back.   However, having good equiment and pontoons are one thing, having the staff and the skills to install the marina to the standards you have managed are for me the most important element of any project. 

From the outset of the Marina Project Varis have performed extremely well and were always flexible in their approach to the many challenges and difficulties we encountered.  To this end we are now the proud owners of a top class marina facility which is as good as any I have seen. ..
